At Pristine Paper Studio, each item is custom-made and printed specifically for your order, which means we do not offer refunds or returns on any products once an order is placed.

🚫 No Refunds or Returns on Customized Items

All our products—including stickers, butter paper, packaging materials, and printed wraps—are personalized and made-to-order. As a result, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds unless the item you received is:

  • Damaged during transit

  • Incorrect due to an error on our part
